A social grocery
store app.
The Purpose.
Good Market is a fictional grocery store that needed a product for its grocery delivery system. Through the context of use scenarios, identifying business goals, a competitive analysis, a UI test of competitors' products, card sorting, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, design patterns, I created a final prototype. This project is a reference library that I intend to host as a UI kit for other designers to use.
Card sorting experiments were a great way to find new approaches to the sitemap. I interviewed people to find out how they would categorize the everyday items in their kitchen.
Design.
Who doesn't like researching typefaces & color? Green is a color that connects well with the grocery industry, so I used it throughout the app.
